GRAPHIC ARTWORK SUBMISSION: preferably by eMail (large files are no problem). It is also possible to post a CD or DVD to our address.

SCANNING: If you do not have an electronic image, we can scan your photo-ready artwork.

SIZE: Provide artwork at 100% of actual size or greater.

RESOLUTION: as high as possible (preferably 300 dpi or higher)

FONTS: provide all fonts or convert fonts to outlines before delivery

FILE FORMATS:  PDF, Coral Draw 9 (or earlier version), Illustrator

TIFF  (JPEG or GIF in low compression)

JPEG and GIF files should be saved using minimum compression and the images large enough.

COLORS: If you require exact colors, please specify Pantone PMS reference. Color chart

JUST IN CASE: Send a PDF scan file or a fax of the graphic artwork (black & white).
